Addison Preserved
Addison Preserved is a collection about memory, self-protection, and emotional preservation. It started with the idea of wrapping and encasing parts of my body—using plastic wrap, duct tape, and other warped, shiny materials—to explore what it means to preserve yourself physically and emotionally.

The pieces feel both sacred and suffocating. There's a tension between comfort and entrapment, beauty and discomfort. I pulled from old drawings, photos, and songs I used to love—things that hold emotional weight—to build a collection that feels personal and a little haunted.

Rain, fur, and distorted shapes show up throughout, adding to a mood that’s wet, foggy, and reflective. It’s nostalgic but not sentimental—more like sealing something away before it can fall apart.
